Exercise That Fits Your Plan And Your Daily Life
Many NDIS participants want to improve strength or mobility but have had poor experiences with exercise in the past. Our role is to prescribe exercise that supports your plan goals without pushing beyond your capacity, while accounting for fatigue, pain, balance, and confidence.
Exercise Physiology
Clinical exercise programmes designed for people with disability, chronic conditions, and complex health needs.
Sessions
Individual one-on-one exercise physiology sessions delivered with close clinical supervision and ongoing programme adjustment.
Rebate Services
Support with eligible rebates and documentation alongside NDIS-funded services where appropriate.
Exercise Prescribed To Support Functional Capacity Goals
NDIS exercise physiology focuses on building physical capacity that supports daily function, participation, and independence. Programmes are developed following a comprehensive assessment and are directly linked to participant goals, current abilities, and support needs outlined in the NDIS plan.
-
Programmes aligned with NDIS goals and functional capacity outcomes
-
Exercise adjusted for fatigue, pain, balance, and neurological symptoms
-
Clinical supervision to support safety and consistency
Clear, Structured Support From Referral To Ongoing Reviews
We begin with a free consultation to understand your plan, goals, current function, and support requirements, and confirm how exercise physiology fits within your NDIS funding.
Following assessment, sessions are delivered one-on-one with an Exercise Physiologist, allowing close supervision, ongoing programme adjustment, and regular progress reporting to support plan reviews and continued funding where required.
Safe Progression With Clinical Oversight
NDIS participants often experience fluctuating symptoms and energy levels. Exercise programmes are adjusted session by session based on presentation, with formal reassessments to track progress, update goals, and provide evidence to support continued funding where required.
-
Individualised progression based on daily capacity and symptoms
-
Regular reassessment and progress reporting
-
Collaboration with support coordinators and healthcare providers
Building Confidence And Independence Over Time
NDIS participants we support often report improvements in strength, balance, and confidence that translate into everyday activities. Progress is gradual and measured, focusing on meaningful functional gains rather than short-term fitness outcomes.

Discuss NDIS Exercise Physiology Before You Commit
If you’re unsure whether exercise physiology is suitable under your NDIS plan, we’re happy to talk it through. A short conversation can help clarify goals, funding, and the most appropriate next step.
