Clinical Exercise Prescribed For Your Health Needs
Exercise physiology is an allied health service designed for people who require more than general fitness guidance. We work with individuals managing complex medical conditions, reduced mobility, or ongoing symptoms, where exercise must be carefully prescribed, monitored, and adjusted to avoid flare-ups or setbacks.
Medicare
Exercise physiology services delivered under Medicare Chronic Disease Management plans with GP communication.
NDIS
NDIS-registered exercise physiology supporting functional capacity, independence, and goal-based outcomes.
Group Classes
Small, supervised group exercise physiology sessions with close clinical oversight.
Exercise Based On Assessment, Not Assumptions
Every client begins with a structured clinical assessment conducted by an exercise physiologist. We assess medical history, medications, current symptoms, strength, balance, and cardiovascular capacity before designing an exercise programme that is appropriate, measurable, and safe for your specific condition.
-
Comprehensive assessment including functional, strength, and symptom screening
-
Individually prescribed exercise dosage matched to clinical presentation
-
Clear safety parameters to reduce risk of pain flare-ups or fatigue
A Clear Process From First Contact To Ongoing Support
We start with a free consultation to understand your condition, goals, and funding options, including Medicare, NDIS, DVA, or private referrals, before scheduling a formal assessment.
Following assessment, exercise sessions are supervised closely, adjusted session by session, and formally reviewed every 8–12 weeks to ensure progress remains safe and appropriate.
Supervised Exercise With Long-Term Outcomes In Mind
Exercise sessions may be delivered one-on-one or in small supervised groups, depending on clinical risk and preference. Exercise physiologists remain on the floor at all times, monitoring technique, symptoms, and response to ensure progression occurs without compromising safety or confidence.
-
One-on-one or small-group sessions with close clinical supervision
-
Ongoing symptom monitoring and daily programme adjustments
-
Regular reassessment and reporting to GPs or referring practitioners
Building Strength, Confidence, And Function Safely
Our clients often arrive unsure about exercise due to pain, fatigue, or previous negative experiences. With appropriate supervision and clinical guidance, they build strength, improve balance, and regain confidence in movement while remaining within safe limits for their condition.

Speak With An Exercise Physiologist Before You Begin
If you’re unsure whether exercise physiology is appropriate for your condition, a short conversation can help clarify your options. We’ll explain how the service works, what funding may apply, and whether this approach is right for you.
